By registering and becoming a member of UK Landlord Registry you can perform a search on a prospective tenant and discover if previous landlords over the last six years have evicted the tenant for any breach in their tenancy agreement or the tenant left owing any monies.

View a tenants star rating and good tenant history for the last six years. Discover how many other landlords have searched agaist a prospective tenant.

If no data is found on a tenants search you can request we write to the previous landlord requesting a reference and you will be emailed once the report has been updated.

List an unlimited amount of properties you have available for rent. Prospective tenants can search for properties in their area.

We are fully registered with the information commissioner’s office (ICO) and comply fully with the data protection act and the freedom of information act.

Once a member you can perform searches on a prospective tenant and register the tenants of your own that have left on bad terms, breached tenancy agreements, tenants that your where happy with and left on good terms or tenants that owe monies.

You will be listed as a landlord and on our find a landlord feature where tenants can find landlords in specific areas of the UK offering rental accommodation.

You can list an unlimited amount of properties you have for rent for tenants to find in our find a property section. All this is included in our per year registration fee.

Registration fees are per year which allows you unlimited access to all our services. Registration is just £60 +VAT.

All data stored by Uk Landlord Registry is highly encrypted with some of the highest levels of encryption available to us.
